• Use the Change Request Form next to the preview to approve or request edits.
• Add your comments or detailed notes so we know exactly what to adjust.
• If it helps, upload a file (JPEG, PNG, PDF, or Word) with your markups or examples. Please limit your upload size to a max 5MB

& Delivery

Your project is delivered only after you have approved a preview version. 

Approval is easy. Just complete the Change Request Form next to your preview. After approval:

• The Download My Project button will become active within 24 hours to provide full access to all of the files associated with your chosen package.
• For Larger Projects, all of the files associated with your chosen package will be sent via email.

Your project is designed for practical use right away and every project is crafted to match your selected package.

• Personal Packages are best for non-commercial use such as hobbies, gifts, or personal expression and are not suitable for copyright protection.
• Business and Professional Packages are intended for marketing and brand use. For guidance, see the Which To Choose link in each product category.

Since every project is custom made, we are unable to offer refunds once work has started. Your investment covers the time, skill, and creative effort dedicated to your project.

That said, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure you are happy with the results, including offering store credit that can be applied to future projects if needed.
